Trials
The North York Obedience Club proudly hosts two CKC-sanctioned Obedience and Rally Obedience trials each year, welcoming competitors and dog enthusiasts from across Southern Ontario.
Our trials provide owners and their dogs the opportunity to showcase their training, teamwork, and skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether participants are entering the ring for the first time or competing at advanced levels, NYOC is committed to creating well-organized events that are enjoyable for exhibitors, volunteers, and spectators alike.
In addition to our official trials, we also offer fun matches and practice opportunities that help teams prepare for competition while building confidence and ring experience.
Our events are made possible through the dedication of our volunteers and club members who share a passion for dog training and the sport of obedience and rally.
Bewdley, Ontario

Join NYOC in Bewdley, Ontario for our 2026 Obedience and Rally Trials, taking place June 27–28 at the Bewdley Community Centre. Competitors can look forward to a full weekend of CKC-approved trials, plus a Friday evening Fun/Correction Match before the main event.
- Obedience and Rally Trials run Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28, 2026.
- Entries open at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, May 27 and close at 8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 10.
- Day-of-trial entries may be accepted if time permits.
- A Fun/Correction Match will be held on Friday, June 26 before the trial weekend.
